Welcome to Pingverse. By using our platform, you agree to follow these simple rules to help us build a safe, creative space.
Who Can Use Pingverse
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
What’s Allowed
Create and share videos, photos, text, and audio. Connect with others, use commerce tools, and express yourself.
What’s Not Allowed
- Harassment, bullying, or hate speech
- Illegal activity or content
- Impersonating others or creating fake accounts
- Spam or system manipulation
- Inappropriate content involving minors — zero tolerance
Your Content
You own what you create. By posting on Pingverse, you let us show and share your content (e.g. in feeds or search). You can delete it at any time.
Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
- Payments handled securely by our payment partners
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled — manage in your app store or account settings
- Calling credit purchased on Pingverse: non-refundable once used; unused credit refundable within 30 days
- App Store and Google Play purchases follow Apple's / Google's refund processes — not ours
- PV Guarantee will help with certain disputes (details coming soon)
- Transactions between users are between those users — not directly with Pingverse

Moderation & Violations
We may review reported content and take action. Repeated or serious violations can lead to suspension or removal of your account.
Limitations
Pingverse is provided “as is.” We aim to keep it running smoothly but can't promise it’ll be perfect. Our total liability is limited to what you’ve paid us in the past 12 months.
